MAKE AN IMPACT
Work closely with creative, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and prototype user flows
Help product team identify goals and challenges to define feature requirements
Articulate your problem-solving to stakeholders and discuss technical requirements with technical artists and engineers
Research competitor or industry standards, leverage analytics, user testing, and customer feedback, and apply them intelligently into iterative design solutions
Run simple usability tests using mocks or prototypes on usertesting.com to gather initial feedback
Collaborate with our Insights team to design and run larger tests including user interviews and live moderated usability studies
Identify player use-cases that need to be solved and depict the user journey with a flowchart. The flow is used as a discussion point between Product and Engineering marking what areas of our current app will be affected by additional features. Wireframes are then produced to identify what UI elements will be needed and what states of the feature they may encounter
Be a liaison between artists, designers, and engineers and collaborate in creating solutions for a project's needs
Create simple or complex prototypes depending on the level of testing needed. A simple prototype might include a flow or wires on a page-by-page basis. A complex prototype might include clickable target areas, micro-interactions, or fully connected features
Create user interfaces using existing components, styles, and art throughout the entire project experience using Sketch and Figma software
For new products, you’ll work with the UI/UX Manager and Creative Director to build a new style guide and aesthetic for the audience
SHOW US YOUR SKILLS
3+ years of experience in the field or related area
Proficient with tools (Figma, Miro, Sketch), design principles, and industry best practices
General knowledge of native app design
Experience in agile development
Proficient with Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
Bachelor of Fine Arts, Arts, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

Understanding of accessibility standards (W3C)
General knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web techniques
