Location – New York, NY [or remote on East Coast]


  • Work with a team of industry professional who previously worked for AAA studios and Fortune 500 companies, who wanted to create a product that would help the middle class
  • Create engaging, hands-on training in a way that online lectures cannot through simulations!
  • Produce job-training simulations in virtual reality designed by each industry that teaches novices in the same manner that experts master their crafts – through trial and error.
  • Be part of an immersive Experience Training method which builds confidence in a trainee’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.


  • Client Satisfaction –
    • Ensure that VR experiences satisfy customer requirements, are immersive and realistic, and exhibit good performance that reflect the best engineering practices in the industry
    • Identify areas of improvement, communicate with internal and external developers to ensure timely adjustments
    • Able to solve complex problems and provide solutions to ensure a great client experience
  • Vendor Management –
    • Serve as primary contact for third-party simulation developers, including onboarding new teams of developers, and be responsible for their success
    • Code review vendor code, act as mentor and make sure they are adhering to best practices
    • Follow and manage development processes for multiple external European development teams and coordinate with US-based development management
  • Technical and Hands on
    • Become a SME on the framework used to build out the simulations
    • Work on in-house simulations for Oculus Quest built in Unity
    • Coordinate multiple build targets and merge into a clean repo for master build


  • Bachelors in Computer Science, or related
  • At least 2 years as a Senior or Lead – managing teams, particularly ones that are fully-distributed, including internal devs and external devs
  • 6+ years Unity experience, particularly focused on gameplay engineering within the engine
  • Must have experience with Android development, VR preferred
  • Famliar with development for Oculus/Oculus SDK
  • Strong C# coding, ability to be hands on coding and be able to provide review codes/ensure vendor code is correct
  • Able to develop and coordinate schedules across time zones (including west coast and Europe)
