  • Lead, facilitate and optimize all HR employee lifecycle processes
  • Translate business goals into actionable talent strategies and initiatives that help the business grow and deliver results
  • Coach and develop the senior leadership on to engaged culture of high performance
  • Work with leaders and employees to identify, establish, and maintain a positive work environment and authentic culture which encourages diversity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the international HR team to develop solutions, programs, and opportunities for learning
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.



  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience, 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree, in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated past success supporting teams and executives, preferably in a rapidly growing tech organization
  • Experience in the gaming industry
  • Broad expertise in all areas of HR (e.g. org design, talent acquisition, compensation)
  • Analytically driven with experience working with people metrics to guide decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management
  • Experience advising and directly supporting senior executives across multiple functions with a consultative style
  • Previous experience working in an international environment and working with teams in different time zones a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence with cross-functional team members
  • A collaborative partner who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Able to excel in an ever-changing environment using an ambitious mindset
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and achievement oriented.
  • Able to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion.


  • Experience in a start-up or start-up-like environment a plus
  • SPHR certification for California
  • Proven background in California employment law
