MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Create and execute game related, community philosophy and strategies by collaborating with marketing and game studio
  • Identify, cultivate and engage advocates including passionate influencers that can help amplify our clients core reach
  • Act as spokesperson for studio and maintain consistent and positive presence in community channels in order to understand the state of the community, and what they need
  • Manage internal customer communications team and collaborate with the team to establish long term growth strategies as related to community and customer engagement
  • Partner with internal cross functional teams to align strategies and efforts while supporting and building long-term relationships with our publishing and license partners
  • Define the community voice through collaboration with internal brand stakeholders and represent studio brand and partner IP brands as the primary community champion pn the respective forums and channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to generate compelling media communications such as blogs, patch notes, contests, live events, VOD, content partnerships, and influencer/ streamer programs
  • Create employee resources and content such as guides, videos, FAQs to help build employee experience and build a team of internal brand ambassadors
  • Grow followers and audience engagement by delivering fully integrated community programs across channels
  • Analyze and use social listening media intelligence tools to interpret, document and report on content and program ROI performance data including community sentiment
  • Benchmark and monitor competitor and industry leaders in community and influencer relations to apply best practices and improve the overall strategy

 

SHOW US YOUR SKILLS

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a manager building studio and licensed IP communities, collaborating with partners, and managing teams in a related field
  • Experience working with first and third party gaming communities and content creators
  • Experience working on a mix of console, PC, mobile games while managing and growing gaming communities
  • Proficient in third party social tools for content management, listening and analytics
  • Analytical skills to measure and understand how social campaigns deliver impact to broader company business and marketing objectives
  • Ability to work individually and with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns and drive results
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to engage and motivate an online community
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
