MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop a high performing team of 8+ engineers by building relationships and
  shepherding their career goals and aspiration

• Maintain engineering team health and morale by managing work/life balance and addressing conflicts head on
• Establish mature performance evaluation metrics with clear objectives and
  actionable feedback

• Advise the leadership team on company growth with a long-term engineering
  staffing strategy

• Coordinate engineering resources along with production leads to meet production targets on time
• Forecast and advise on potential technical risks to the company's content
  production schedule

• Strategize on processes to improve the company's operational efficiency in
  technical areas such as DevOps, Release Management, and Business Intelligence

• Create visibility by bolstering communication and alignment amongst engineers and key stakeholders

SHOW US YOUR SKILLS

• Online availability during core hours of 10am to 3pm PST
• 8+ years of experience as an engineer or software developer, with at least 4+ years in a lead or management role
• Participated in the full production cycle of at least one shipping game title
• Well-practiced in employee performance review and dealing with difficult
  conversations directly

• Experience guiding teams through phases of significant company growth or change
• Outstanding communications skills (verbal and written) and organizational skills
• Efficient at bridging communication gaps between engineering and other production disciplines
• Demonstrated effectiveness at managing, mentoring, and coaching technical
  developers

• Versed in various project management methodologies and practices
