MAKE AN IMPACT

• Ideal candidate must have contract experience, especially drafting contracts in full
• Paralegal experience is a huge plus
• Review, read, interpret and analyze contract and service agreements to ensure the terms comply with our legal guidelines, publishing principles, finance policies, as well as with corporate and partner procedures
• Responds to internal stakeholder inquiries pertaining to modifications of existing contracts and to facilitate all phases of contract management
• Writes and/or analyzes amendments to existing contracts or requests for extensions
• Provides recommendations of approval or alternate solutions to senior management
• Maintain and rationalize data integrity from multiple sources and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness and access
• Design and implement reports/dashboards to support account, partner, and contract tracking requirements, if requested

SHOW US YOUR SKILLS

• 2+ years of work experience reviewing, interpreting and analyzing contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to ptovide efficient, timely and reliable results
• Ability to effectively present information
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of contracts database systems, software, modules, etc.
• Experience working with multiple teams/ individuals across company and geographical locations
• Familiarity with legal terminology (specific to gaming is a huge plus)
